The Company

The company was formed in 1998 and has evolved, and grown to be the provider of the leading IP Portfolio Software WebTMS. We strive to make our users' professional lives simpler and more effective.
During our 25 years in business, we have built a reputation as a trusted partner for IP professionals, delivering outstanding, innovative software, exceptional support, and constructive customer relationships.
We have regularly appeared at the top of independent user surveys of IP management software.
We have more than 500 unique clients and 2,000 users globally, based on all continents using our flagship product: WebTMS.

The Software

WebTMS is a comprehensive yet intuitive IP management platform that supports the efficient handling of all IP matters. There is a helpful dashboard upon login to make navigation easy. All our modules are accessible within an intuitively designed user interface to provide a positive user experience. Importantly, the automatic diary and workflow management tools ensure that all cases are monitored effectively so that critical deadlines and internal reminders are sent to the correct person for actioning.

For the fourth consecutive year WebTMS were given the honour of 'Highly Recommended' (the highest award available) in an independent survey conducted by the World Trademark Review.

WebTMS were also previously voted No. 1 in a review of trademark management software by the World Trademark Review.
